2013 BRACKEN VILLAGE MARKET DAY

MARKET HOURS: 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
LOCATION: Bracken Village, 18771 FM 2252 (Nacogdoches Rd.), San Antonio, Texas 78266. The village is 2.5 miles north of Loop 1604 or 1.6 miles south of FM 3009.
SPACE FEE: A 10’ x 10′ rental space is $40 if paid in advance or $50 if paid on the day of the market. No space will be reserved until payment is received. Returned check fee is $25.00. No refunds or rain dates will be given. Make payments to Bracken Village, Ltd., 18771 FM 2252, San Antonio, Texas 78266.
SET-UP: Set up begins at 7:00 a.m. Vendors should be prepared for business at 10:00 a.m., or as soon as possible. Rental spaces not claimed by 8:30 a.m. may be reassigned. Displays must be professional — a canopy is highly recommended. Vendors are expected to stay until 6:00 p.m. All vendors must move their vehicles immediately after unloading and before set up to designated parking areas. No electricity is available.
RESTRICTIONS: No vehicle will be allowed to park in the vending areas. No selling out vehicles, RVs, flat bed trailers, food trailers, or vans. No selling in locations other than those assigned by Bracken Village, Ltd. staff. No items in bad taste or causing excessive litter may be sold. No fires. No sale of live animals. No obscene language. No inappropriate attire. No unduly loud music. No selling of alcohol. No loud generators. Bracken Village, Ltd. staff has sole discretion to determine acceptable level of noise and/or items acceptable to sell. All parking areas will be designated on the asphalt or gravel parking locations within the village.
PARKING: Designated parking is available behind Building #20 and in front Building #25. The success of the Market Day and village businesses depends on available customer parking. We request that vendors unload in the vending area and park their vehicle before setting up their displays.
SALES TAX: All vendors must provide Bracken Village, Ltd. a copy of a Texas Sales Tax Permit. Vendors will be responsible for collecting and paying Texas Sales Tax on all sales made during the show.
CLEANUP: It is your responsibility to ensure that your area is left clean and orderly. Trash containers are available on site. Failure to leave your area clean may result in an additional charge to you for clean up.
